Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

Lead time - All seeds shown as in-stock are available now in inventory. Seeds shown as sold-out will be replenished as available from our picker/supplier network. You may sign up for an e-mail notification if you would like to be notified when restocking occurs.

Shipping interval - At present we ship weekly every Monday. Your shipment should arrive according to the schedule provided by the courier.

Service offerings - We currently use Canada Post, Purolator and UPS as our trusted shipping providers. Unless otherwise requested or arranged.

Package tracking - We use tracked shipping services only. This tracking number is delivered via our automated e-mail system or will be provided otherwise. Packages will also be insured, at least up to $100.

Return to Sender (RTS) - Packages undeliverable by couriers due to address errors can result in your seed shipment being returned to us. If this occurs you may be charged to have the shipment sent a second time. Please use an address verification tool such as the one on the Canada Post website to ensure success the first time.
