We at Treeseeds.ca aim to provide the most pure and scientifically accurate samples of tree seeds for any customer. If you are not satisfied with our product, you can e-mail us at contact@treeseeds.ca and we will do our best make the situation right. 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are not accepted.

If germination of your seeds was unsuccessful please contact us:

  • We will ask for information pertaining to the methodology used to germinate.
  • We will provide you with guidance and best practices for germinating the seed type selected.
  • After reviewing the situation a resolution will be provided. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company.
  • There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
  • If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please e-mail us.

Gifts

  •  Gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless lost or damaged in transit by the courier.
  • In the case of lost or undelivered package, please open a support ticket with the courier using the tracking number provided.
  • If the courier is unable to resolve the situation, please contact us via e-mail.
