A heirloom Dutch variety. Curled, deep green leaves with great flavor. cold hardy specimen, growing to approximately 45cm. Leaves can be eaten raw or cooked - excellent addition to salads. Renowned for high nutritional value.
Germination: 5-8 days. Sow in shallow soil around 1-2cm deep. Keep soil moist but allow topsoil to dry before re-watering.
Harvest: 50-60 days. Older leaves will become tough and undesirable.
