Characteristics: An early yielding, good quality round bulb onion. Yellow skin with white flesh, it is best used within a few weeks of picking. Can be eaten raw or cooked . Tips grow to around 40-50cm in height.
Germination: 6-10 Days. Sow seeds in spring or early summer, as high temperatures promote bulb formation. Rich, loose soil with good drainage is best.
Harvest: Plant typically matures within 100 days. For best results, wait until tops begin turning yellow and collapsing before pulling bulbs.
